Are emotional support dogs allowed in the Domes?
No. Emotional support dogs are not allowed in the Domes. The ADA does not recognize these dogs as service animals.
We do, of course, allow service animals, which by definition, have been individually trained to perform a specific task or duty for a person with a disability.
Service animals are working animals, not pets. The work or task a service animal has been trained to provide must be directly related to the person’s disability. Animals whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA.
